What is 1 thing in your life that deserves celebrating today?

I want to celebrate for being 1% Better daily at not staying triggered for too long, by the opinion of others.

I use to be so affected for days about minor comments by a family member, friend or co-worker, and would bottled up my feelings.

Today, I do get affected, but I am definitely better at not staying in that disempowering state for too long.

I give myself Time to be in my Head for only...

1Hour ⏰

In that 1 hour I can unleash, and be as dramatic and emotional as I want. When the time is up, I learnt to catch myself.


What does that mean?


Because I give permission for myself to do that, I am not longer surpressing my feelings, and actually feeling my feelings than eating them.

Which led me to releasing 30 pounds of extra weight, so much more effortlessly.

And I am commited to becoming 1% Better each day, allowing  my Head to meet My Heart  ❤️
