My mission of eliminating Fear through losing weight gymming was like a roller coaster ride.
I started out really excited, filled with energy and motivation in the morning, but once I step into the gym, Fear starts to creep in.
However, I decided to muscle through by lifting even heavier weights, increased more repetitions to show off and fit in.
And soon, the daily gym sessions, lack of rest and my impatience lead to injuring my back for the first time.
Being out of action from the gym, Fear totally overwhelmed me. It took the form of Guilt, as I was looping my mistake of rushing and injuring myself. Fear also amplified itself as Self Doubt, resulted in me questioning myself:
"Am I Good Enough?"
Everything I learnt from Tony Robbin's Unleash The Power Within (UPW) and Date With Destiny (DWD) went straight out the window.
Resulting in me falling back to my worst cycle of emotional eating, and all hell broke loose...
