When I identified FEARFUL as my Favourite Emotion, and realised that it had so much control over me. I was determined to Face It head on, and my goal was to eliminate it once and for all.
Tony Robbins taught me that:
So I spent the next few months after Date with Destiny (DWD) Event focusing on removing fear out of my life.
Inititally, it was amazing to always be in that Peak State daily of high energy, laser focus, and limitless determination! And it was after DWD that I decided to really also commit to transforming my Body and face my Fear of going to the Gym.
The Gym was always a super intimating place:
- Gym goers are all so buff and aggressive (especially the sounds they make when they lift heavy weights!)
- The Gym is like a battleground with so many complex machines and equipments, and I can't tell the difference!
- There are mirrors everywhere, and to see myself being so unfit and out of shape is just a torture!
So my limiting belief all those years was:
"I will only go to the Gym when I am toned, fit and loss a good amount of weight"
