And I bet at least once Your Answer would be
"I am ok."
OR
"Good."
And looking at the Wheel of Feelings attached, there are hundreds of ways to descirbe our Emotions, and "Ok" or "Good" is not one of them.
Children usually ask 73 Questions on average a day or Adults only ask less than 20 Questions, and I bet rarely do You ask deeper questions touching the heart.
You are not alone, as that was me.
I avoided my Emotions, as it was too raw, too tender and at times it actually hurts to ask myself the real question:
"Why do I feel that I am dying inside."
And that avoidance came in the form of Overeating, Emotional Eating and Mindless Stress Eating. And the best part? I enjoy it.
But my action was also the exact thing that was feeling my deep feeling of void inside, until I broke my pattern after my full week of Raw Food Gut Detox Cleanse.
Today, I don't eat my Emotions, cause My 2nd Brain - My Gut is Healthy, Balanced and I can openly ask myself and truthfully answer the Question:
