The process of identifying my Primary Question was hard.

But as I was laser focused in wanting to spot and break from my old patterns and transform, that gave me all the energy to make the invisible visible!

Primary Question leaves clues.

The pivotal moment that led me to identify my recurring Primary Question (that I wasn't even aware I was asking) was my moments of emotional overwhelmed and breakdown.

And in the past 1 week, when was the moment that You felt overwhelmed from work?

  • Was it when You failed to meet the expectation of your Bosses' request?
  • Was it when You worry about delivering a feedback to your team member worrying it might affect his/her feelings towards You?
  • Was it when projects are not moving fast enough based on your expectations?
  • Was it when you were feeling so bad from making a mistake at a meeting that you were replaying that scene repeatedly after work thinking how You could have done it differently in a better way?
  • Was it when no matter how hard You tried, You are still dissatisfied?

The above points were how I felt every week previously in my Old Self, and they were clues to me identifying my Primary Question:

"Why am I not enough?"

And ever since, then, even without a New Empowering Question, the act of identifying my Old Primary Question, allow me to see it, look at it in the eye, honestly, and that took its power away from controlling me.

I invite You now to gift yourself some quality time, and make a list of 5 things that made You felt the most overwhelmed emotionally at work this week & email me your response ❤️

10. The Question You don't even know You are asking.
